Ingredients :
130 ml warm milk
40 grams of sugar
5 grams instant yeast
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
300 grams of all-purpose flour
35 grams of butter

250 grams of all-purpose flour
4 grams instant yeast
30 grams of sugar
7 grams of powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
140 grams of cold milk
30 grams of butter
Donut Recipe 3
Ingredients :
250 grams of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon / 4 grams instant yeast
30 grams of sugar
7 grams of powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
130 grams of warm milk
30 grams of butter
Vanilla custard cream
3 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar
20 grams of cornstarch
250 grams of milk
20 grams of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

140 ml cold milk
1 egg yolk
40 grams of sugar
3 grams instant yeast
250 grams of bread flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
30 grams of butter

200 grams of breadcrumbs

Here in England 🇬🇧, we have them with melted icing sugar. You just add enough water to your portion of icing sugar to make it slightly runny, then drizzle it over the doughnuts when cooked. Wait till it sets, then eat! So delicious! 🥨 🥯 😋 😍
