Cooking recipe and ingredients:
570 g of wheat flour.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
8 g dry yeast.
360 ml of warm water.
1 egg + 1 protein.
Add 20 ml of vegetable oil.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Place the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes.
1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the buns with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle the buns with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
