Hallo, das sind keine Spezial-Donuts sondern sog. "Berliner" aus Deutschland. Gibt es bei uns mit Marmelade gefüllt, manchmal auch mit Eierlikör. Aber eigentlich nur zu Karneval und Silvester (anderes Fettgebackenes wie Quarkbällchen gibt es das ganze Jahr über). Sehr lecker!! 🥰👍

Delicious and clean. We call that a «berlinerbolle» in my country. Usually filled with different jams, custard and chocolate.

It seems like they make a big batch of crème anglaise and then use add ons. As far as I can see I'd say: instant coffee, chocolate chips and chocolate paste, biscoff, macha powder, oreo cookies. They also make a mix of mayo and mustard.

I can't believe I watched this whole video at normal speed. 🥴😋

Agreed. Its not clear, is it - particularly the label at the far right of screen. Would have been a bonus to know as they were being made too. But still good, right 😍
