After searching the boy's a book bag and finding a nothing. He couldn't have smelled marijuana. Not only should he be charged with abuse of power and unlawful arrest, he should also be charged with child abuse. Felony child abuse at that.

I don't know any teachers or administration that would allow a police officer to treat even a bad child like he was treated. I have 36 years dealing with educators

Wow the chief is awful. Poor Billy having to go deal with this drunk creep everyday after this is sad. "Wait Billy youre suspended" for the 29th time. Must be nice to have no accountability or fear of being arrested for anything.

This first cop...I was thinking...was he really, really doing this to a supervisor? Like, really? Not just to a supervisor, but THE supervisor? Like, chief supervisor? Even when said supervisor is drunk? This is too much dysfunction to unpack at first glance.

The fact that these officers warn each other that a bodycam is rolling makes you wonder what happens when they arent on at all. Most dangerous weapon against police is being recorded. Hate to imagine what kind of craziness was happening before cell phone video and bodycams.

Senior police leadership fails to curb and in fact often condones the abuse in the video, causing a severe lack of public trust and then the police complain they do not have the trust and respect from the public. It could be argued the police are their own worst enemies. Abolish qualified immunity.
