How about if these ladies just acted a bit differently themselves and showed ID, gave their names etc If they still got handcuffed and went to jail for the night and if police were wrong in their actions once they got home they could have pursued any wrong doing against the cops without any injuries incurred. I’d be terrified when I would see a cop pull me over. In these cases the people being questioned seem to be very rude and offensive themselves. I believe there’s a bit of fault from both sides. Just my humble opinion.

Clickbait from a cop hater is what this looks like, so far. Somebody called the cops. Once they show up for a domestic dispute call, they are fully obligated to do their job. No exceptions for these types of calls. She appears to be drunk. Monty isn’t a snitch, but his timing for exiting his vehicle, body language, and verbal implications all point to her just being up to her usual craziness. In the original full video of the 3rd girl her arrest was actually justified. When first asked to identify herself gave the officer her last name and then a nickname she says she identifies by (a small part of her actually full legal first name) then identified herself a second time the same way. The third time was in the edited clip above. Also in the beginning of the full video the girl was told multiple times to stay in the jeep while the cops did the DUI test but her drunk ass thought she didn't have to comply because she was studying criminal justice and was going to help her drunk driven friend. Those cops actually gave plenty of chances after false identification twice and non complying to a lawful order more than a few times.. This guy just cut the truth out and edited thinking people would believe all of it without thinking.

First situation: I agree that the cops used excessive force by allegedly punching her. But there is a longer version of this video that should be watched, which has the problems this lady had been causing here. No it does not justify what they did to her, but she is far from innocent.

If the officer did not hear or see anything, well.. he has overstepped his authority.

Thank goodness, we have dedicated people that choose to be first responders! We don’t give our first responders near the credit. They deserve our respect especially having to deal with BS like this in this video. It’s people who have a difficult time with authority that end up with their face planted in the ground and in handcuffs!
