I really love this house, the lot and even the landscaping. Especially when they kept the tree because there are a lot of homes thay don't have that. This place is great for growing families because little kids can play all day in the lawn and if the tree is strong enough, you can put a swing there. And the interior of the house is just incredibly homey.

Love the house and the gardens with their trees. The pantry was the perfect size. I loved that there were different places to sit and read. I could easily live there (in my dreams). Thank you Darren and Raul for another brilliant video.

Darren's little laugh from the towel drop was priceless. I'd actually love to see any bloopers from Darren's videos. All the crazy stuff that gets edited out that we dont get to see. Like he and Raul accidentally trip and fall down the stairs, or break something really expensive. Or maybe the two them get into an argument on camera and push each other into the swimming pool. Now that one would spice things up, lol.

You should also include the lot area in sq ft

The bathrooms where the showers have only a half glass door, (open showers) is that permanent or do they install the other side to make it enclosed. I feel like the floor would get real wet if it's left as an open shower/bath. Awesome house btw. Great presentation!
