What has to be considered when manufacturing the gears? 1. Is there a positional reference of the spur gears to each other? Tooth on tooth or gap on gap? 2. Is there a positional reference of the spur gears to the worm wheel?

I thought the principle behind the torsen differential is that a wheel gear cannot turn a worm gear. It looks like you're doing that here, by you turning the axle shaft (wheel gear). Maybe the worm gear doesn't have enough pitch? Maybe a little more resistance is needed somehow? But what a genius design!

There is flaw in his design. Housing for worm gears should be connected to what he calls Top Axle Slot in his 3d files. It should also be connected to big gear which in his files is called big pan gear. All of those three (housing, big pan gear and top axle slot) should rotate while "torsen locks itself"
