3d CNC (Waving American Flag)
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This is 3d Waving American Flag, programmed with Vectric Aspire. It was cut on a 15.5" piece of 2x12. The roughing path was used a 1/4" end mill. The 3d cut used a 1/4" ball nose and final pass over the stars used a 1/8" ball nose. The entire cut was about 2 hrs and 45 min. This turned out great!!!

Great Job on the Flag. But what is amazing is how many hats you have learned to wear to get here to make it. You, Smokey, are what is amazing.

Great job best thing I've seen you make yet. Mike's Beekeeping is right spray everything white first & try holding some card stock between edges for a paint mask it will make your paint go a lot faster. The stars though are just going to be time hogs with the air brush.

Hello Sir ! I hope you reply my Question...? I am from Pakistan. A not so technical and advanced country as you know. But I am a struggling businessman. And I want some CNC machine so that i can make fiberglass molds for making Precast concrete elements... Can you guide me how to get one under 2000 Dollars......? please sir...May God help you in your life.......! if you can reply me...?

Basically, it will depend on the size of machine...the smaller the components the less they generally cost....so you could to a 2 ft x 2 ft and your cost would probably be less than $2000....Research the software first...I use vectric aspire which by itself is a $2000 software and the controller software is Mach 3 and it was around $165...When i built the machine I got vectric Vcarve that was $700 and use it as my cad/cam software until i was able to upgrade to Aspire.....For further contact me at smokeyscnc@gmail.com....thanks for watching
