In a standard map of a house, each person should have one personal room with attached toilet, bath and kitchen and nothing common(shared). Also to cancel the noise produced by outside people or by the people in other rooms there should be some special arrangement. i.e sound proof walls, doors and windows. It will give you safety, privacy, freedom and peace of mind.

In my opinion, Blender is a capable software that offers modeling, rendering, animation, and simulation tools similar to those of 3dsMax. However, 3dsMax surpasses Blender in terms of flexibility, ease of customization, and scripting, making it a better choice for professionals in the field.

@@lemon_orb No, we didn't use an architect. Just a floor plan of an existing house generated with Matterport. This is a demo to show that if you have the architectural drawings of a building you can see how it is going to look once completed.

getting a professional will help you solve what is your problem, instead of spending a lot of money, architects will estimate all the materials and specify the things that are necessary and stuffs for you to save more than having the house finish but there are tons of defects and nowhere to run to. They will guide you to achieve your dream house with a restriction of the budget.
