  Hi Peter, we started by editing the real picture in Photoshop to remove the furniture and change the walls and floor, then we used 3DS Max for the virtual staging

  In a standard map of a house, each person should have one personal room with attached toilet, bath and kitchen and nothing common(shared). Also to cancel the noise produced by outside people or by the people in other rooms there should be some special arrangement. i.e sound proof walls, doors and windows. It will give you safety, privacy, freedom and peace of mind.

  ​@@lemon_orb No, we didn't use an architect. Just a floor plan of an existing house generated with Matterport. This is a demo to show that if you have the architectural drawings of a building you can see how it is going to look once completed.

  getting a professional will help you solve what is your problem, instead of spending a lot of money, architects will estimate all the materials and specify the things that are necessary and stuffs for you to save more than having the house finish but there are tons of defects and nowhere to run to. They will guide you to achieve your dream house with a restriction of the budget.

  I uploaded the Matterport tour into Captur3d and did the virtual staging using Captur3d asset, but the animation of the desk/bed and the goldfish was created by my team and I. We used Blender.
