Brave! They say the feeling of anxiety is the same as excitement and often we cannot differentiate between the two when emotions are heightened. Whenever you feel anxious, perhaps you can guide yourself to feel excited for the new adventures ahead! Cheering you on 🔥

This is very inspiring for everyone having to "start over" again at a later point in their lives. As a kid we think we'll meet the one we will spend our life with in our 20s and live happily ever after. Starting over in your 30s is absolutely terrifying. It's nice to go on this journey with you.

Wept through this ep. Been following Jayesslee since I was a teen more than a decade ago and it's incredibly encouraging to see how you have grown through the highs and lows. Thank you for having the courage to begin again, and for inspiring me to do so too. Rooting for you, Sonia!
