I really, really, think this would be great in 3D. I would rather experience this in 180° SBS. Watching a 360 video without any depth, other then the depth you get from parallax, feels pretty flat. Why not make these in either SBS or OU? I also think having all the colors of the rainbow make me feel overloaded with color... it's a bit too much. Sure, it could work in some instances and it might work here but, I really think you should experiment more with color pallets, restraining yourself with fewer colors. Just checked out your other work. Pretty cool. May I ask what programs you use to make these?

No there shouldn't be a limit. But a restricted dose of colors can create great harmony. Jumbling them all together can be cool but If you are going for a certain mood then it might be lost. Your eyes wander all over the place. If you make all the colors stand out then you don't know what to focus on. As I said it could work and it's cool in this video. But if the artist limited himself more he could create more interesting, moody visuals that have a clear point that the viewer could focus on. I'm just going to take an image as an example: i.pinimg.com/originals/10/4e/d6/104ed6b800334b4ce9a98f19a43c2fc1.jpg - If he had a point that stood out amongst the mess he could create more mood and direct the viewers eyes. Create a story within the visuals or whatever. Right now it's all over and that can be cool, sure. Play TheBlu in VR and you'll know what I mean. It's amazing when you have one color overtake your FOV. I also think that absolute black can be overwhelming. It makes all the colors stand out even more lol. Fuck I'll shut up.
