I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Spain. Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.l now have a more calm mind

I hate that some persons still grouped psilocybin with drugs like cocaine and heroin. Mushrooms are a remedy, not a vice! I went on a microdose treatment for a couple of months and within the first week, every sight of a cigarette got me questioning why I was doing all that to myself. It really works.

When I was kid (like 8) my dad had this garden that he said to never touch... in this garden was mushrooms and I ate 3 of them and hid upstairs, I began to shoot layers out my hands and would make like circles with my fingers and where I placed the circle over any object I could erase it and place it anywhere I put my hand over and would take the roof off and could see the stars then i could place it back. What ever I thought about i could fester. Long story short I had the roof of my house off and looked at meteorites fall in the room and light bulbs where just disco balls of lazers.. I WILL NEVER FORGET how much fun I had all by myself.... but I thought I was crazy when I woke up the next morning.

I went to the library and read on dysth. For the first time. It was like reading my autobiography. I wished I didn't go tru the mayor depression to find out what I had. It was bad. But I guess it was meant to be that way. Oh and i can fall into a mayor depression again. But since I know what I have, I'm trying To take control of my actions, of my life. But it hard since the mayor depression went tru left big economic problems. Which.. jejejeje brings me down more.

I like the way in which the fractals and the nature scenes are interwoven with images of people, animals (especially the dogs that look like corgis) and other objects. I would like to let you all know that the visuals of shrooms are not this creepy/insectoid like. The visuals aren't based in animal/people, but more so in fractal geometry. Otherwise, great video.

i remember the first time on shrooms with my brother like some dumba**es we took almost an eigth each and after an hour and a half of tripping out we put this video on and died of laughter instantly and we had to take the video off to calm our selves down but throughout the whole night the laughs continued and the things we saw that we thought were signs for us came. i’ll never forget that night 😂

Shorter periods work also. Simply stare at the center for 30-60 seconds and then look around (keyboard works well). It is called motion aftereffect (MAE)

@Dubstep Kitten everybody have their own tolerance 1,5 g first time killed my ego lol I hated my friend when shrooms started to do this to me She said it would be only "deeper thinking about different problems" haha. However I avoided bad trip. It was only 20 minutes of light anxiety before seeing "The absolute " in myself. Good times.
