I own a 1994 just like this one only it's white and I have 32$ and I think a 2 or 3 lift but it's been gone through bumper to bumper and I love it. It's the farm tractor and just a great off-road rig for me.

Did you need to cut back the firewall behind the front tires?
What are the rim specs and back spacing are they?
did the 2nd get 4runner have the function allowing you to lock all diffs?
I just bought a 93 with a big ol lift and 35's but I haven't heard it run yet. I'm getting stoked to take it out once I figure out why it's not starting. The guy said it was code 14 for bad ingiter so I put a new one on and still no start. Put in a new starter relay and still no start. I think the janky security system needs to go and making it not start possibly. Fuses are good. There is a relay under the steering column that is clicking every few seconds. There are 2 relays taped together and another one below them. I think for lights or winch but I will change it next. At least it's broke down in my shop.
