35 MIN Pilates Sculpt & Tone Workout | Low Impact No Jumping At Home

This is a total body weighted sculpt Pilates, 35 minutes at home. We start with a standing warm up and progress into full body toning moves using weights, mini ball and gliders. It may be low impact but get ready to get a sweat on. Hope you guys enjoy!

    Needed something low impact today… redid this one. Got my heart rate up and didn’t stress my joints. Love the mix of weights and Pilates

    Thank you such a great workout! Pilates and lighter weights sounds easy but it’s harder than it looks. I really felt this one!

    Pilates is my absolute favorite! 🤗 It helped me get back into my favorite jeans 👖 😊 Eventually they were too big after I lost more weight. And that was a real head trip for me. Throwing out my favorite jeans 👖 because they were too big 🤦 I never imagined I'd see that day! 😊
