Hi Nigel, another good video. Is there any chance that you could do one soon showing how you harvest the worm compost, it would be very helpful.

Many tomatoes have different names depending on where you buy them. (A bit like some beers LOL) Strange that T&M sell both Crimson Plum F1 and Nagina F1 but nothing surprises me with them. Those trays are good - I have several!

@@MuddyBootz Any idea what the raised pips are along the top outer edges? Maybe to hold a propagator lid? I keep catching my finger hand on them when I level off the compost. I feel a job for the Stanley Knife coming on LOL

This may be a stupid question, but why not direct sow into seed trays? What is the advantage of pricking seedlings out and transplanting into seed trays? Seems time consuming.

  • @MuddyBootz

Hello 😊. For me, transplanting into individual modules allows each plant to develop its own rootball and it then has minimal disturbance when planting out into the allotment beds. Hope this makes it clearer 👍🏻
