As a concrete guy,I use a sealer called Diamon clear. It's about $200.00 for a 5 gallon bucket but it's plenty for what you got, don't forget to do the outside slabs as well. Nice job on the interior! I am going on year 5 and just got done pouring my 36x36 pole barn!!!!

Also seal your saw cuts. Go to Home depot and get Sikaflex floor cauk,it keeps all the debris from getting in the cracks. Good luck

@Garage Topics of course man, I'm watching a few other vids right now on the GT channel. Great stuff man. 👏 Any idea roughly on how much it took for the garage overall?

@Garage Topics good stuff, I'll be waiting for the Crusti final reveal and rundown as well. You said avoid redoing the timing on it, I'd assume your replacing HG's as well while in the process?

I wouldn’t recommend the DIY epoxy floor kits, unless they’ve gotten 100x better (and cheaper) in the last 10 years. My floor looked great for 2-3 years and then started looking shabby. The exposed section outside the door yellowed in the sun and various small patches lifted. Not good given the effort and expense involved. Your garage is looking amazing! Really looking forward to your lighting video, learning how many lumens/sqft etc.

That floor sealer was probably sprayed on by the cement finisher who poured the floor,It's purpose is to seal the floor so the concrete cures slowly for optimal psi strength,it will slowly dissolve with time.

Great overview of your garage. Bummer on the sealer peeling. I went back and forth on whether to seal mine and decided it seemed to be more upkeep and hassle in a garage I work in. If I just stored things that would be different I think. Looks like you went with scissor trusses to gain some height too which looks awesome. You might be able to fit a small loft in there to add even more storage space on the one side. I’m working on that myself right now.

Thanks! If you notice the tall wall the opposite of the garage topics sign has a bunch of outlets up top. This was done with future plans of a loft over that side roughly 9ft wide 32ft deep

I absolutely love the wood trim! Looks amazing! Just wondering if perlins (nailer boards) were used to attach the tin & the T 111? Or how it was fastened. Again, looks great!👌

Thanks! Screws for both to "bookcase girts" every 4 feet. I didn't bother using putty to cover the wood screws, just painted over them. The white metal uses white metal screws every 4ft. Because of the 4ft gap I was hesitant to use drywall and am glad I didn't

Did you design it all yourself or use a designer or architect? It looks very Barndominium-ish, which I think is great.

Thanks! All myself, 70% knew what I was doing 30% winged it based on new Intel. For example the original plan was to drywall the entire interior and that did not make sense after I did deeper research
