Nope, it's parallel pack, just conform all voltage and capacity is same and finally the bms inside power bank module will charge them and discharge perfectly so nothing will discharge uneven.

No need. It is parallel connection. You only need balancing when you connect them in series.

Using that motherboard is risky as it's low quality

Yep. My friends used those cells to build big batteries for them. The uncle we buy our electronic stuff at. Wow you will be amazed at how many cells he got from old equipment of which the cells still work. He probably has 1000 cells easily.

Yeah, don't do it... You are using 3 lithium cells and if you know them have to be the same voltage and aging... And you must have an bms module to balance and not overcharge the cells... Bring with you a fire extinguisher

And add to that soldering of Li-Ion Cells is dangerous and they can go boom anytime. It's better to use a spot welder.
