Exactly, ask away. Got a cab ride Lime st to Crewe,, I was Pway,,, but not on duty. Dad blagged a Euro star,, going on holiday. He was footplate staff though. ASK,,, they can always say no. Lonely, one man operation. !!! Nice vid Kev. 👍😎🐢

Paul Osborne 25mph is the limit on the Dean Forest Railway so we're not supposed to exceed that (the steam locos do because they don't have a speedometer)

How did you get a cab ride? or are you only now aloud them for passenger trains? because my cousin drives the EWS Class 60 and 66's and id love to go on a ride with him on one.

awh right. yeah that's very true :P. only thing is health and safety is ridiculous and he does freight work, such as taking coils, tankers and coal to various places.

A ride about as slow as when they were used with Mk1 coaches on Leicester to Norwich services. Truly a line that time forgot. Can a 31 actually manage 90 mph?

1:10 - Driver appears to have green to proceed, before road barriers have started dropping. Erm, is this standard signalling practice?

nlo114 yes it is. That is just the way our barriers work. We are allowed to proceed at a white or green light.
