    Great suggestion... Black swan didn't arrived yet so,meanwhile, I can learn how to flow... Looking at the ratings that the carrier you used for sending the order has in my country, I might be forced to stick to the jacket for a long time. Hopefully not forever... 😊

    #1 Thing that people say is increased mobility. #2 Coordination and cardio. #3 Stress and anxiety relief. There are many more benefits that in general movement benefit, but it also depends on how are you using it. It's a simple tool that can be used in many ways (slow, fast, etc)
