Woohoo! That's really intense... I am back to my workout schedule after a long gap of 45-50 days. Used to workout with your videos only and back again.. after starting your workout, I lose around 3-4 kgs only but the body toning is insane... This diwali everybody complemented me and I loved myself more in those festive dresses.. thank you Deepti!! Anyways I have started my workout again from 3 days, starting easy.. I always finishes the workout but this one is really tough... I was for the first time looking forward to the end... I knew my legs are my weakness... Will do this atleast once or twice a week... Once again!! Thank you... That was a lot of blabbering...

This is a super effective workout, i did it 4 to 5 times a week and i reduced my weight and inches both in couple of weeks, all workouts a very good, fun and effective

I'm following your videos for almost 3 months 6days a week and I lost more than 3kg. Your routines are amazing. It's hard for me to stick to a fix diet plan but still I try to cut my carbs intake. I'm targeting for 55kg let's see how far I can get. Thanks ❤

Please don't totally cut carbs!! It's a very wrong practice to cut carbs They are the most important macro nutrients which give you energy ....

Your workout videos are amazing ma'am. First 10-20 minutes are really hard for me as I doubting myself if I can do it or not. But then I always make it up to the last. This 30 minutes, I completed in 40-45 minutes 😅😅 but must say these workouts are really helpful❤ Thanks ma'am for uploading such videos❣️❣️

I just did this workout for 10minutes after 10minutes i was too much tired and had a lot of sweat. Your workout videos are really really effective

Your videos have kept us smiling and added to our health. Our youngest is in their early 50s and the oldest is 85. AND, the all keep up! I’m following your leg workout videos, i do it 6 times a week those are quite hard must say. But i love doing it and specially this one, I did for the first time and omggg , in first 10 mins I thought to give up and take a break bcoz the squats were taking my patience but still I didn’t give up and ended up completing this in one go ! Loved this Ma’am ❤

30 min best workout video we sweat a lot ..... started doing with the beginners video...now this my second hope to lose weight...and tight my muscles

woooooooow!!! Omgsoh didi you did it again!!! ILOVEDIT!!! This is the latest one i know of ...since i havent been able to motivate myself for a few days.. i was looking for something easy but all the easy ones i kind off know off by heart cos i have done them repeatedly so many times.. i have 45 saved on my playlist and i alternate between them but i know pretty much all of them off by heart so i look for new ones when i find it hard to get motivation..i still save them because they are all pretty awesome and i love them all...This one i saw today and saved it for later but then just now i forced myself cos i saw it was legs and so i thought it will be easy and cos its new i knew il still sweat ..little did i know..you had so perfectly modified all the previous easy ones so it was so cool to know the moves because i have followed the older ones so many times to realize and recognise them but the modification made it so much better i ended up doing a cardio because it made it harder than i thought haha so it was magic yaaR...you are so talented my didi...thank u so so much..you always manage to make my day brighter ... love you lots 💜💜💜
