lol. How did the Mets catcher not know that was Pedro’s 3000th. He just rolls the ball back to the mound.
Pedro and Randy were the best pitchers i've ever seen. Greg Maddux did not want to be hugged. 😂
How are you not going to have Nolan Ryan on this? Wow.

Great list. Missing Gaylord Perry, Seaver, Ryan, and Phil Niekro. Did see the game where Maddux struck out Vizquel for 3,000.

Tom Seaver was the 2nd clip included when he was with the Reds. Unfortunately, couldn't find clips for those other Hall of Famers

19 players total isn't commonplace. You're going to have Kershaw (if he can stay healthy) and maybe Grienke (although he has 6 K's in 22 innings so far this year) coming up in the next couple years. And then who? Sale is 1000 k's away, 33, and constantly injured. Price and Wainwright aren't making it. Bumgarner's is over 1000 away and hasn't struck out more than 125 in 3 years. Cole maybe has a shot, but he'd have to average 200 k's a season until he's 38?

@@robertcampbell8070 Kershaw is lights out this season. 10-4, 2.55 Era, 105 K, sitting on 2,912 K, he'll most likely reach 3,000 in the 2nd half, barring injury. Greinke is having a horrible season (1-8, 5.31, 61 K). He's at 2,943 K, should still get to 3,000, and he'll still be a Hall of Famer.

@@robertanderson2898 Well yea, that's the point. Once those two reach 3,000 you'll have 21 pitchers in history with 3,000 strikeouts, and it's pretty much a guaranteed hall of fame number. That's the point. It's still a rare feat. It's anything but commonplace.
