What I liked the most is the huge space from the entrance door all the to the dining area as well as to the kicthen. The ventilation for the said area is creatively made. Also the natural light to come into the house is good. But the bedrooms does not look that cozy. It could have used a bit more work. Landscape area is good & spacious though.

That tiled frontal area of house will surely cause heating during mid of the day
Not so much to appreciate on exterior work + front roomil oru partition kodukamayirunnu becoz dining area straight view anu so Guest varumpol athu disturbance anu + anavishyamayi spot light and ambient light koduthekunnu
Excellent well planned interior....the architect has done a marvelous job 👏 👌

Liked everything expect the bathrooms which welcomes us into the bedroom like some hotel rooms. As there is already a common bathroom, bathrooms in bed rooms could be placed somewhere at the back .

No i think 55 lakh for structure, interior, painting, other design may be of extra cost. In my calc probably 75 to 80 lakh for full furnished
