One story have privasy issue if all rooms in the ground floor

If it's a single store house also , in almost all houses I have seen with staircase from innerside . So it's not an extra expense even though considering for 2 stored houses

First of all one has to climb the stairs, it will be tiresome for many, especially for the old, children may fall in the stairs, again more than 3 bed rooms is likely to be exess as the families are small nowadays.

രണ്ട്നില വീട് ആണ് ലാഭം. മുകളിൽ നില എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിന് പ്രത്യേകം basement പണിയേണ്ടതില്ല.

നമ്മൾ ഇപ്പൊ പണിതു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.. ഒറ്റ നില.. പലരും തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുന്നേ ചോദിച്ചു 2ആക്കിക്കൂടെ എന്ന്.. But നമ്മൾ അതിൽ തന്നെ ഉറച്ചു നിന്നു.. No stair from inside too. 1900sqft.

ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ വീട് പണി തുടങ്ങാൻ ഇരിക്കുകയാണ്. അപ്പോഴാണ് ഒരു തർക്കം 1 നില വീട് വേണമോ 2 നില വീട് വേണമോ എന്ന് ഏതായാലും അതിനൊരു പരിഹാരമായി👍👍
