I never understand why people build such beautiful houses spending so much, in such a small site. As long as one is young it is fine, but once we age. multilevel living becomes a problem.

Hi sir, Big fan of your works, What was the end to end cost of the entire building(Interiors+exteriors+Swimming pool+Furniture)

It was done as a TurnKey project. The total cost including curtains, TV, fridge etccc is 90 Lakhs

Actually superb home but it's 2BHK or 3BHK, didn't see 3red bed room

Kitchen is too much conjusted, In toilet bath tub n EWC is so close. Dining table is small n Chair is big consumes too much space. Looks conjusted. Steps is also too narrow. Rest everything is good

ആരോഗ്യം ഉള്ള time ആണെല്ലിങ്കിൽ അടിപൊളി വീട് ആണ്... പക്ഷെ ഒരു മുട്ട് വേദന വന്നാൽ ഒന്ന് കിടക്കണമെങ്കിൽ മുകളിൽ കയറണ്ടെ.....

yes of course, The foundation has to be specially designed to hold the weight of the water. The Pool holds a water capacity of 30000 Litres (30T)

45+14+8= total 67 lakh .. cost very heavy
