This is a trial run of our 300 kg/hr PP PE Film pelletizing line for a customer in Auburn USA. The customer processes clean PP PE plastic film through this proposed recycling line.
The customer required capacity for the line was 200kg/hr, however, by using our latest screw design we were able to increase the actual capacity to over 300 kg/hr. The customer is very happy with our equipment and has just bought another 800 kg/hr HDPE regrind pelletizing line from us.
Also, the new screw design reduces the power consumption tremendously lowering the average power consumption of 100KGS pellets production to merely 30 KWH. Compared to the old screw design, it is more environmental friendly and also cost-effective.
