2T/hr HDPE PP Rigid Plastic Crushing and Washing Line In Swadlincote, UK

Ғылым және технология

This is a trial run of our 2000kg/hr HDPE PP Rigid Plastic Crushing and Washing Line for a customer in Swadlincote, UK. Our client intends to process plastic bottles, drums, and trash bins through this advanced recycling system.
This line is a customized integrated solution, featuring belt conveyors, wet granulators, state-of-the-art washing and drying systems, and a zig-zag separator, among other essential components.
The process initiates with the Belt Conveyors, which are equipped with a magnetic drum and an overhead magnet to ensure comprehensive material capture, directing it efficiently towards the granulators.
The utilization of wet Granulators is strategic. This technique not only facilitates more effective size reduction but also significantly mitigates dust generation and eliminates impurities, producing cleaner, high-quality flakes that form the basis for an enhanced recycled product.
The Floating Tank plays a pivotal role in soaking and purifying the material, preparing it for subsequent stages.
A key element in our line is the High-Speed Dryer, which employs centrifugal force to remove a substantial portion of moisture from the plastic flakes effectively.
Following this, the Hot Air Dryer acts as a final stage in the drying process. Here, the nearly dry flakes are subjected to a hot air flow, ensuring the removal of the last traces of moisture.
Our zig-zag air classifier is designed to efficiently separate lighter contaminants, ensuring a pure final product.
Furthermore, our silo features a hydraulic lift system for seamless bag swapping once the current bag reaches capacity, enhancing operational efficiency and continuity.
This state-of-the-art recycling line exemplifies our commitment to providing comprehensive, efficient, and innovative solutions in the plastic recycling industry.
