I have a Rawlings Gold Glove from my college playing days.. used it for years and it's still in great shape 20 years later..

This guy is so underrated ❤

When you wear a baseball glove you don’t want to put your hand so deep into the glove. Just about half of your palm should be sticking out of it. Also many first basemen wear it, 2 fingers in the pinky with the index finger slot empty. Doing this gives you a better pocket and more control over the glove. Middle infielders will wear their gloves with the normal finger placement to keep a shallow pocket for quick transfers.

I've seen the catcher glove video and the normal glove and the other videos and I was waiting for this video to come out

0:08 i can confirm. Had the same exact glove, got it out of amazon for 90 bucks. It lasted a week until it broke just like in the video.

I have that same exact glove and its my pitching, back up catchers mitt, and pitching glove. It's the work horse of my gloves, and i have no words for this. The pain of seeing that but I've also never laughed so hard in my life seeing that happen

My 1st, First Baseman glove was the Franklin Field Master Glove, it was absolute dog water! The first week the pocket came right off, from just throwing the ball up in the air by my self. I mean I never bought any baseball equipment over $200 (fungo). But that black Rawlings glove form play it again sports is a trooper it does fell like the ball might rip through the pocket but it’s still a good glove. I’m might get a more expensive one later though.

Rawlings Renegade 1B glove has served me very well, and also many other guys I know. Cost me like $55 at the store.
