I wish they stock brown trouts in my area all we get stocked are just rainbows to target brooke and brown gotta travels hours hours away

What region are you in? Wild browns can be found pretty much anywhere that has cold clean water yeah round, sure they are much harder to catch but I like wild fish better anyway

@@mpfishing5530 I’m out in oregon we have em here but they don’t stock em here gotta head east and their there but that’s hours away from where I’m at

@@pnw_element9822 ah I got you. I was out in Oregon with my uncle last month and it was almost all rainbows. I did catch a few browns out of the middle section of the Dechutes river, and got a really nice wild brown out of the Metolius but it was almost all rainbow trout. And obviously that was more towards the central/eastern part of the state. Out in PA where I live im blessed with having so many wild brown trout streams that you would never be able to fish them all, and obviously tons of stocked brown trout, but very few places for wild rainbows.
