30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout [EMOM Style]
Tap in with us for another 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout! The format of this workout is EMOM style which stands for "every minute on the minute". We will designate a certain amount of reps for each exercise and then once completed, the remaining time left within that minute is your rest period. We highly recommend using multiple pairs of weights if you have them, otherwise you may need to adjust the reps (Juice used 25lb dumbbells and Toya used 15lb dumbbells). We've included a workout guide within the video to help you modify the workout if needed.

MORE EMOM WORKOUTS PLSSS! This is not like your other videos where I go through at my pace and when it’s time to rest I’m resting. This really pushed me to get all my reps in and my entire body is shaking
I know this video is almost a year old, but I must say, these EMOM workouts are my favorite ESPECIALLY this one. I feel like these type of workouts really push me. I also love that it’s full body. Thanks guys!!

What have been some of your results/changes?

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
More of this please. This really pushed me to keep going and not slow down to get all those reps in

Week 3 day 5 Anniversary challenge, wow I really enjoyed this video, I pushed myself & increased my reps along w my weights, I used 15lb dumbbells. I would love to see more EMOM videos please. I was a bit nervous at first but I ROCKED it & FINISHED STRONG 💪

What can we say, we are both 58 been in and out of gyms all our lives but usually through boredom we give up. We have retired early and live by the sea so plenty of long walks. We decided to invest in some dumbbells and do a workout in the apartment every day well nearly!. What can we say we stumbled across J&T.. firstly what a nice humble couple you are secondly the videos are fantastic.. very informative easy to follow , we have tried about 6 or 7 different workouts mixing them up and sometimes throwing two in.. we love em at our age we have a little less mobility due to knee and back injuries but these workouts have already started to help with that, we wanted to just tone up a bit and help keep the weight off and allow a couple of trips to the pub!! Thanks you two and keep up the good work…

Week 3 Day 2 complete. I usually wake up super early to do a workout but today I did it after work. That means I can sleep in 🎉 I borrowed some old 15lb dumbbells but they weren’t as good as my dads adjustable dumbbells. Gonna save up to get those. Used my 10lbs for some exercises that were difficult with the other weights.
Been doing your workouts for about a year and half now. Great results so far. Have so much energy than I used to a year ago. Thank you guys 🙏 This is definitely a complete workout as I experiment with the other workouts. With the 30 minute a day you got nothing to loose when you spend 4 hours on Freaking social media and TV. This workout will build strength and build super muscles if you stick with it.
2023 Summer Ready Challenge Week 3 - Day 2 Did this workout pretty late today. Hopefully I can get up early tomorrow to do day 3, but other than that this was a great workout. I thought I wasn’t going to like doing another set because I thought it would be too repetitive, but it was actually helpful during the second set knowing what exercises we were going to do. 💪🏽

Unique workout style, im glad i managed about 15-20secs rest each exercise. Got me sweating a little bit but i didnt feel any burn using 3kg weights

This was great! I enjoyed the EMOM and it helped me to identify my weaker muscle groups. For some I kept pace with y’all and others I needed to slow it right down. Glad that I was able to finish. Week 3, Day 5 done 🎉

I’m on my 4th day of consistently working out and eating within a calorie deficit. I’m currently 280lb and I was able to complete this whole thing. I feel soooo good. I love this channel ❤

Chuffed, done it first time. I started a few weeks ago with you guys with 2kg dumbbels, done today's with 5kg! It s been great. So flexible. Going to soldier on and get to 7kg!!! It's simply amazing. Some of the exercises I dreaded last month felt like a rest in this workout. Thank you so much! ❤

This workout was deceptive in such a great way! I thought it was going to be easy. I increased my weights from 8lbs to 10lbs, except for skull crushers. Even though I had a 22 to 30 seconds rest after each move, my heart was pounding out of my chest . Great workout!
I LOVE the southern bounce music!! Made me want to listen to some Cash Money records, 😂😂. Also, I like the reps on the screen so that I can keep up with them. Thank you for a great workout video. 💪🏾

I was looking for workouts that used dumbbells and the pace on your videos, the body shots that show the areas that are being targeted and the rest times ::chefs kiss::. I can go all the way through without feeling defeated or kicking the can bc I can't finish, etc. I'm a beginner to dumbbells and with my walking cardio videos I wanted to fit weight lifting into my regiment. I love the EMOM workouts because they help me to build strength overtime and I'm able to see where I stand with my endurance. I utilized 15lb and 20lb dumbbells for each routine when needed and let me tell you my arms were burning 🔥it's what I need to tone up and improve to one day be able to use only 20lb dumbbells. Also, I loved the loaded sit-ups & single leg tuck crunch for abs, aching to find out how my effort will reflect at the end of week 4.

Week 3 day 5 ... this may honestly be my new favorite workout! AMRAP was super challenging, and I was extremely sore afterwards because I really pushed myself. This EMOM I was able to do all the reps slightly heavier than normal and still have enough rest, and didnt feel super exhausted like I did after AMRAP. Feeling good and feeling strong! MORE EMOM PLEASE!!
