Hi Kaylie, I've been working out with your classes for a month now and I wanted to thank you for putting out so many wonderful (and fun!) free classes on-line! It's a very busy period and I have at most 30 minutes a day for exercise so I've been going through your 30 minutes playlist. the times of the same postures in both sides are SO DIFFERENT!
Hi! I'm not sure if I was doing the backwards squat right. I tried to keep most of my weight in the standing leg but I did not feel much.
