30 Minute Barreless Cardio Core + Legs | Bodyweight Only

This body weight only 30 Minute barre-inspired workout is non-stop! We aim to get your heart rate up throughout this endurance cardio workout that will also target your legs and core. We have 25 different exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 1 minute each. After each exercise you will hold an isometric pulse for 15 seconds while I demonstrate the upcoming exercise. There are quite a bit of unilateral movements which does challenge your balance and core quite a bit. If you need to, support and brace yourself against a wall or a make-shift barre like a sturdy chair. Be sure to grab a mat for the ab blast at the end : ) Since this is non-stop, feel free to take a break whenever you need to!! This is your workout, and you call the shots!

Wow! I usually prefer your dumbbell strength workouts, but I was craving barre today. I typed Larie Midkiff Barre in the search box and this came up. Your workouts are amazing and so are you. I found you exactly when I needed to. Limited to low impact workouts post gum graft and these workouts have kept me in great shape while I can’t do my normal runs and high impact HIIT workouts. I “may” never go back to them again.

This was great Larie!! A hot mess after that! 😅 I used light hand weights to up the game! I wanted to do this right away this morning when it posted but my legs were spent after the 45 minute Leg & Booty of yours - but got it done! The ab section was killer - my abs were already sore from your 15 minute advanced ab workout I did yesterday! Thanks so much girl! Love the ‘barrecovery’ term! 😘

FIT by Larie I found it! It was one hour total body boot camp with dumbbells. Love it!
