    Allie, my body thanks you for this much needed practice. I injured my leg a month ago and have been stationed with limited movement for a few weeks and today, I woke up with a focus on self-care and your video greeted me and fulfilled the need to release tension from my stiff body in a gentle way.     Hi Allie ,I felt drawn to this practise today as I’ve been really I’ll for past month with Covid/ virus who knows , western medicos don’t seem to know …… so I arrived on the mat with a mixture of frustration, despair and severe headaches and you mentioned that you too have been ill as well Allie this gentle practise brought great comfort to me ❤a heartfelt Thankyou Allie for your honesty and nourishing class🤍

    So sorry Allie to hear that you have been so unwell and hope you continue to feel better and better. It seems to be a common issue with respiratory illness atm ie not exactly knowing what you have. And out of this I’ll health you have delivered a gentle beautiful calm practise .     For the last 3 days I said no to getting on my yoga mat. Today I said yes, found this class - oh my thank you so much Allie. Just what my body, mind and soul needed. The music made this practice so calming.

    This was so deeply relaxing and healing, and I really loved the background music on it too. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone feeling anxious or overwhelmed, especially if you've been struggling with high levels of stress for an extended period of time
