Welcome to our 30-minute upper body workout designed to build muscle using a combination of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises! This session focuses on sculpting and strengthening your arms, chest, shoulders, and back. Perfect for all fitness levels, this workout can be done right at home!
💪 Workout Overview:
Push-ups x 1
Bicep Curls x 1
Tricep overhead extensions x 1
Shoulder Press x 1
Bent Over Rows x 1
Plank Shoulder Taps x 1
Chest Press x 1
REPEAT x 4
Workout Structure:
- Perform each exercise for 40 seconds.
- Rest for 25 seconds between exercises.
- Complete as many sets as possible within the 30-minute timeframe.
- Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.
Equipment:
- Body weight
- 2 x 30lbs dumbbells
- 2 x 20lbs dumbbells
- Mat
