Summer solstice was a few days ago, but I didn't want to miss this practice. Loved it. Sweated big time! Couldn't do that leg opening yet, lol. Thank you so much for your time, you energy and your shared practice.

It's funny, even before you said it I had grabbed pencil and paper and wrote down some things I want to do this day. And I can't be the only one who felt a huge energy release doing child's pose. Out of nowhere I started crying, the good kind. I'm not even that spiritual, have just been dipping my toes into it these past months. I really liked it, it made me realise that I'm strong while struggling massively holding the poses. Thank you so much for this.

Today is summer solstice 2018 and it is cold and rainy here in Northern IL. - Thank you Kassandra for this beautiful flow. I felt the inner sun in me even tho the sun is not shinning outside. I plan on honoring the summer solstice by being a more "positive" me, letting my inner sunshine out. Namaste

I haven't done yoga in about 1.5 years and after a particularly intense CrossFit class yesterday, I could tell my body was craving some gentler movement and stretching.
