30 MIN STANDING Knee Friendly Full Body Dumbbell Workout | REVISED VERSION (with timer beeps)

This is an updated version of my popular, 30 min standing knee friendly full body dumbbell workout! This is the revised version to my original and it includes the timer beeps. The original workout uploaded without them for some reason and I apologize to everyone who was frustrated with the format of the video without them! They definitely are instrumental to the workout since they give you a good warning of when we transition from the active workout to rest periods.
Just as a reminder, of the details:
This standing full body workout has NO squats, NO lunges, and No jumping! So, it is a true knee-friendly workout and apartment-friendly :) postpartum and pregnancy friendly strength training workout as well!
Try this workout 2-3 times a week and let me know you progress with your strength!
EQUIPMENT: I am using 10lbs in this workout but you can use more or less than me depending on what you have!
WORKOUT DETAILS:
first, we will start with a 3 minute warm-up:
- 30 seconds for each exercise
- 6 exercises
- 30 second break before workout
then, we will go into the standing knee-friendly strength workout with weights:
- 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off
- 3 rounds
- 30 second rest between rounds (feel free to pause for longer)
finally, we will cool down for 3 minutes:
- 30 seconds for each exercise
- 6 exercises
