Hey BARBIEgirl! I absolutely loved this workout. I am more for laying down abs, but this was fabulous and doable. I also got a good enough calorie burn. I showed this video to my daughter who loved the Barbie top! Awesome!!!!!

I work nightshifts to. Alway’s ask myself how other people do they’re workouts after working at night. I don’t have the energy when I get home from work, just want to fall in my bed🙃 😅 when I get up it’s time for some housekeeping, making dinner. After dinner I am full so that doesn’t work for me. When I don’t work the nightshift I got so much more energy to work out.

I absolutely love these workouts! I suffer from mennieres (vertigo), so i modify several of them, but as long as i can get a solid 30+ minutes in of active movement, i feel good!

Woo super effective... So far today I have consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 342 calories... Today's green smoothie is green cabbage banana pineapple & strawberries blended with water... Taking my mama out so u better go shower 🚿 😅... See You All Mañana 🎉
