Very smooth but effective video. 🙂 I could not go through with it because it was too painful for my abs and neck to do the exercises lying down 🥵. I held up to about 75%. But glad I held three quarters of the video 😁

Eleni, I love the workout but I did not enjoy much this time because of the frequent adv. 😭Don't know why they cut in so frequently this week. Before, they usually popped up during break time and right before cool down. That's fine to me. But this week, instead of breaktime, they cut in at strange time (e.g., 40/10, they cut in at 38 sec, 20 sec OR even at 10sec of the last exercise) and I had to press "skip" after 10-20sec of the adv. 😭Totally 5 times in this workout. That's really disturbing. As usual, I connect YT at TV without log in when I do the workout. 😅And I find when I log in YT at laptop, this does not happen. I wonder if that is the main cause. I raised this up because I have seen similar comments few days before. May be you need to take a note.

@@EleniFit Updates for you! 😄 I have done experiment today. I logged in YT at TV to do workout this afternoon. 🥰My enjoyment is BACK!! Totally NO crazy adv cut in. Thus I believe YT is "punishing" those who are too lazy to log in at TV OR those who have not subscribed the channel 🤣 The bad experience may discourage those who have not yet subscribed your channel. Thus hope YT can change this asap. ... 💃Glad that I can resume the happy moment with u.
