30 min NO REPEATS FULL BODY WORKOUT | Dumbbell Sculpt | Warm Up and Cool Down Included
Join in for a 30 minute NO REPEATS FULL BODY WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe. Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights, a mat, and a wall nearby (for support in 2 of our movements). Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. I've also included a super quick warm up and cool down. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

Great workout! Love your videos. I'm 63 and can manage most of them without modifications and can feel myself getting stronger and stronger. This one was a sweaty one!! Had to take a break but persevered!

Thank you for your amazing workouts. I look forward to doing them almost every day. Everything is instructed perfectly. I only realized lately that your higher impact workouts have the option for lower impact so I have been loving that I can also do these. I appreciate the aesthetics of the rooms , the coordinated outfits & especially love the workouts with the Latin inspired music. I would love a rebounder basic workout from you as there is very limited options online.
Recently found you and thought - only 10 lbs? This will be an easier day. I was wrong! I’ve done two of your workouts and am surprised how out of breath I am and how tough some of these moves are. Thank you for great combos! I’d love to see a total workout status bar under the timer. Helps me mentally to know where I’m at.

I'm 53 and I love your workouts. They help me stay fit and I especially appreciate having the modifications if I need them on a particular exercise. I just completed this workout for the first time and it kicked my booty. I don't know if this one was particularly challenging but I had to take longer breaks between some of the exercises but I got through it. Thanks for another fabulous routine! I'm so grateful for the content you put out.

Wow, that was a challenge for this 64 year old, but I was able to keep up with most of the exercises. I have to be careful with planks since breaking my hand and related surgery last September so the modifications are greatly appreciated!
