Join me for a 30 minute FIERY FULL BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included! Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Today we are going to get the heart pumping and sculpt from head to toe. As always I'll provide modifications throughout. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

Love the combo moves - gives one set of muscles a chance to recover while working another! I find this approach allows me to keep better form and also makes the workout more interesting. Love that the moves are not overly complicated, which would detract from balance and form. Thank you Mikayla!

The instruction was great, but as a first time viewer there were a few times that I had to look up to the screen awkwardly to see if I was following correctly and think more instruction during the activity would have negated. Love the workout Mik! I had taken a break from weight lifting when I developed a tennis elbow for incorrect wrist placement while working on my computer, so fixed that and back to it! I too love the mix of standing and floor. Love these no repeats too!😅

Fabulous. I feel worked out without feeling spent. New and fun moves. And the stretches at the end are longer than in other workouts so I don't have to pause to get a good stretch in. Thanks for these workouts. :)
