This 30 min low impact, walking with weights workout will provide you with a full-body at home workout. You can use no weights, or pick up some light weights to make the workout more challenging. The all-in-one workouts include cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered a beginner level workout. Total step count today is 2149 steps.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! You will never believe the progress I've made, and my daughter has made since finding your channel! As I mentioned in a previous post, she set it up so I can do your exercise videos in my living room. I especially love the music from the 50s to 70s. One thing led to another! Next, my daughter and I started walking. And NOW we walk to our neighborhood fitness center (which is 1.4 miles), work out, and walk back home!! It surprises even me! I am 70 years old, but young at heart. Just wanted to give you a positive update on how you have inspired and motivated us as you have done for so many people!!

Oh yay!!! That's awesome! I do find the more we do, the more energy we get and the more we want to do. The hardest part for people is starting...but once we get moving, it definitely becomes easier (as you have proven!). I love that you're getting all this time with your daughter, too. She must love seeing you stronger and healthier!

I’ve been looking forever for workouts that don’t make me sore or injure myself. Started doing your workouts a couple days ago. I’m excited to look for more each day. Thanks for all you do for us 70 year old women! (And men too)
I have watched a few of your videos and thought that's too simple. Today, I worked out with you and realized it takes strength, timing, and coordination. I found myself chuckling at how uncoordinated I really am. I made it through the whole 30 minutes and felt very proud, but I got to work on it.Thanks!

I'm sure you've realized it but I make 3 levels of workouts. If you want the most challenging, just head to the 'intermediate level' playlists. I hope you enjoy those ones!

Just what I needed today. I was stiff from traveling and this got all the body parts moving again!
Thanks Jules! Not an easy session for a 78 years fellow that thinks he is still 28. I also used 1.5 kg weights (app. 3.3 pounds), the only weights I have. Eventually I had to reduce the playback speed. But I went all the way. Have a great weekend (-:

I liked walking with your videos so much that I decided to go for walks every evening. I found a 30-minute workout, it turned out that they walk here with dumbbells. but this is even more interesting (and more effective). Thank you so much Jules for the wonderful, relaxing workouts!

I love this workout and have added it to my weekly routine. I only have 3 pound weights so I used them until my arms grew tired and then put them down. Once they were rested I picked them back up!

Catching up on the workouts I missed while away. This was so good. It again challenged my coordination. I am no good with opposite arm and leg raises I get so confused. Would never have made a dancer. Another fantastic workout. Thanks Jules.

Oh trust me, I have a hard time as well and sometimes mid-way through a move, I'm thinking "I can't believe I didn't screw this up!". Lol, and at other times, I do mess it up and have to restart...or I leave the mistake and keep going:)

Very challenging workout for me but liked it.

I absolutely love this workout! Didn’t have 1 lb dumbbells so I used two filled water bottles and had a great workout. Love the soothing background on the wall and the music is great! Somehow you made a half hour pass so quickly. Thank you Jules!

Hi Jules!! I'm back to trying again! I did this workout today without weights. I feel no pain at the moment so my plan is to do it again tomorrow with weights. There were a couple of moves that involved some twisting, so I modified them. I've been walking but it sure felt good to move my body to regular exercise. Thank you!

Yes, 1 lb dumbbells come in handy for the 'walking with weights' workouts!
Als ich mit den Workouts begonnen habe, konnte ich kaum die zehn Minuten schaffen und das auch nur dreimal pro Woche. Inzwischen walke ich täglich bis zu 5000 Steps, bin ohne zu Hungern nach einem Jahr ohne zu Hungern 20kg. leichter. Kann also allen sagen die maximal 50 Minuten pro Tag sind super investiert. Und es ist null Qual nur Fun und ich entscheide, dass und wie ich tanzen möchte. Vielen Dank, Thank you so much for your Video Tutorials, I love them all.

Nice, Jules! I didn't even have one uncoordinated second. Yay! Didn't have one lb. dumbbells but used two water bottles. The smallest weight I have is a 3 pounder. I will use those the next time I do this workout. One pounds were way too light for me. Must mean your workouts are making me stronger! Thank you so much! 😊❤

Walking workouts with weights are definitely tough...I actually recommend using 1 lb weights for these workouts.

I like to adapt most of the workout to the rebounder. I get a nice light toning and my Garmin still registers it as cardio.
