This is next level for me. I'm still a newbie here. This workout was challenging in a great way, well-paced, high-intensity low-impact as titled. Excellent. Love this one because it really moves, really builds muscle endurance and mobility and makes time seem to fly! This is a keeper among keepers.

Thanks for that - wow my cardiovascular must be weak. I was sore the next day after my first round, too. Let’s see after my 2nd time today. So many videos. Pace yourself. We need you around for a while! I’m 64 but still think I’m ….44! Love the low impact!!

J'avais laissé tomber le sport parce que c'était toujours beaucoup trop sans prendre en compte un rythme normal pour une personne lambda 😅 et je suis tomber sur tes vidéos qui sont parfaites merci pour tout je fais 2 entraînements par jour il y a de la diversité et je n'ai pas de grosses courbatures le lendemain je peux faire ma vie ! Tout est parfait jusqu'à la plante verte qui m'apaise 😂❤

Add some leg and arm weights. Not so low impact anymore. I sweated! Love this one. One of my faves.
