I have been doing this workout for a month now, 6 days a week and let me tell you this doesnt get easy i still feel like dying but you will feel really great after completing this workout.

I feel all these core workouts are really important especially wanting that flat stomach and abs poppin

This ALL STANDING workout could not have come at a better time. I fell off my bike two weeks ago and scraped the palm of my hand (looks like a second degree burn). I cannot do an push ups or anything that requires laying flat on my hand or even hold a dumbbell. This workout was AMAZING... didn't hurt my hand and I am DRENCHED IN SWEAT. THANK YOU!
This was way too intense! My HR was averaging 160-180 omgggggggg the second half was too tough i had to cheat a bit and replace with easier moves like jumping jacks and rope jump. I did 5 burpees during the last move in place of tuck jumps. Kudos to all who could complete! I need to catch my breath. Still panting after the cool down and dripping lots of sweat🎉

Your heart rate will get lower the more you train. Those tuck jumps are tough - a bit jarring on my lower back.I averaged 133 (I’m sure the cooldown contributed to that average), but max heart rate was 174. The general rule is 206.9- (0.67xage). So mine would be be 172.

I'm back again a week after doing this for the first time. It really got easier the second time but once again i skipped the tuck jumps and replaced with something else like jumping jacks or rope jumps. I was dripping sweat by the end! Love yaaa
every time that i see "all standing" workout i keep scrolling i thought it's so easy that i don't need it..but here we are with new discovery and begging to lay down just for a sec 😂😂😂😭😭😭.. thank you anna i wouldn't know it without you..it's truly blood flow in our body right now 😍 proud of us 💪🏻💪🏻..
