You’re very relaxing and I love your scenery, and I like the way your body looks and I want to follow off of you. ❤
I used to running to help my mental health my anxiety has gotten worse than before (always comparing myself to others plus had no support from my family). Since then I do Nicole's workouts for 1.5 year my mental and physical has been better than ever. I am thankful for her every day❤❤
That side glute series with the weight KILLED ME!! So creative and good-feeling, amazing as usual ❤
This was so good to do. I’ve given up all my crazy workouts now and only do Nicole’s ones. They help my anxiety and help heal my mind as well as working and strengthening every muscle in my body. The only thing I do different is the abs part as I have a slight gap after having my kids so I do my own variety of moves until the gap has gone. It’s almost gone though doing Pilates everyday! ❤❤

So inspiring! I’m thinking I might want to give up my more intense workouts and give this a try. Do you follow her weekly workout plans or just pick ones that speak to you? Do you do cardio separately or do you feel you get enough with her workouts? Thank you for sharing your inspiration!

@@racheladams7118 hi yea I only do Nicole’s one and sometimes other core workouts 5 mins as I’m short on time for long ones sometimes. I don’t do any cardio but I walk 4 miles a day doing trips to my kids school and back.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you Nicole! Thank you for making move, I haven’t worked out in years and haven’t been motivated enough to work out. I don’t like high intensity workouts, I get bored easily and I just don’t enjoy them. Since I have found your chanel, I have been working out every single day and I feel amazing! Deuxième séance de yoga de ma vie, je n'avais pas du tout aimé la première (avec une autre youtubeuse), je n'arrivais rien à faire, c'était beaucoup trop dur et j'ai abandonné me disant que ce n'était pas pour moi. J'ai retenté aujourd'hui avec Nicole, c'est trop bien, je ne suis pas capable de tout faire correctement évidement mais c'est accessible, et tout mon corps brule, je sent que ça a travaillé et je me sent relaxé. Nicole.. that was insane! The sweat was pouring off me but I was super proud that I was able to do everything.. although I did have to drop the weights when it got to the bend and side plank bit ! I've been practicing with you for nearly two years. Can't imagine my life without it. I have a question if that's ok.. what do you do for exercise? hi!@@anagram425 my classes usually start at 10 am, so I should leave home at 9 am. Usually I wake up at 7 or 7.30 so i could train this time) You can save your time by cooking breakfast in advance and showering before bed) That's what I do to have additional time in the mornings

Thank you Nicole for yet another great workout! The past months I've been doing some Reformer Pilates. Although being a good change of scenery to my regular workout I find myself drawn back to Nicole's workout as I feel more energized. I like how the traditional pilates uses our body weight to challenge our core rather than superficial tensions that could over work our muscles. Definitely can see some transformation in my body and strength, and consistency is the key. Don't need any fancy settings to tone up. 💚

These are some of the best workout videos I have ever come across! I have suffered from burn out and I usually have no energy to exercise. I still exercise most days but feel exhausted afterwards. Nicoke, I have been working out for several years practicing yoga. Your classes have brought me back to Pilates. I love the way you incorporate pilates with some yoga and added addition weights.
