Guys I started this workout on 20/05/22 with dieting and I was weighing 101kg .but I weighed myself on 3/06/22 and I am now 92kg ....I lost 9kg.🥰...I already memorized the songs and the moves🤣....

I did this and I lost 2kg in 5 days! But I also did more excersises like I jogged Vryday, rode bike Monday and gymend on Tuesday.
I am an African woman, started this workout today..this work out perfect my waist size has decreased, it makes me really sweat... I love it will recommend to my friends and family

I am starting this workout on 28/2/2023 and with this I am also doing 30 min aerobics and 200 skippings...my current weight is 63 kg and I will post my progress on 5/3/2023 Day 1: ✅️ Day 2: ✅️ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: only did aerobics Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ So tbh I couldn't really weigh myself but I actually felt a bit lighter than before...I couldn't really keep up with it because of highschool but I am gonna start it again Start date: 20/3/2023 Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ I am starting kind of like a diet...I am gonna follow a 12 hour rule and will eat fruits and salad before eating and will only eat rice at night Day 3: ✅ + 200 skippings Day 4: ✅️ + 200 skippings Day 5: BREAK Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️

I started training today and I am very curious about the results. I know one thing, buttocks and thighs were on fire 😍 I omitted hands in some exercises because I had problems with coordination but I think that with time they will come too 🙂 thank you very much

I've seen results in just a month from doing these one's and Miliana - kiat jud dai workout as well every day. I've learnt that the only way for co-ordination is using the arms, it makes much better.

Mam ,i am 60 kgs , after c-section,my belly shape damaged.hands ,legs,face are slim but thighs and belly are fat. I started your exercise from July 15th 2022 but I didn't get any result maybe because of diet also, so please help me with the diet, I want to continue this exercise I don't want to lose my face fat ,I want to lose only belly and bumps fat. I am from India I usually eat roti and rice. Please please help me

I think I can help you I tried this workout it worked try to have half of everything thing you eat and try to not have a lot of sugar if you can't help it at some point put a limit of the amount of sugar you can have.

Хорошая аэробика, молодец девушка. А питание какое, и сколько раз делать эти упражнения в день?!
Очень нравится это видео. Как раз перед сном в самый раз делать как это ни странно . Есть другое короткое где то 8 мин. Это перед сном не годится . Мне так удобно и помогает реально. Избавилась от изжоги, потихоньку худею и целлюлит уходит. Занимаюсь уже 2 недели . В еде не ограничиваюсь, как некоторые : минус сахар, минус хлеб белый. Я и так мало ем , но толстенькая ) лишних 10 кило надо убрать Всем желаю активности и радости!

На здоровье!) Очень рада, что вам нравится! 😊❤️ А вот мало есть - это не совсем правильно. Важно есть достаточно, наедая свою норму бжу. И дефицит калорий создавать активностью. Тогда организм не будет видеть стресс и станет отдавать лишние килограммы. А если есть мало калорий - вы замедляете метаболизм и вводите организм в состояние стресса. В таком случае вес обычно надолго останавливается или даже начинает расти. Но потом, когда вы неизбежно срываетесь и начинаете есть нормально - вес просто летит вверх, а похудеть становится еще сложнее, ибо метаболизм замедлен. И нужно потом это дело постепенно разгонять, короче, процесс длительный и нерадостный. Поэтому лучше не снижать калории (есть на уровне ~ 1800-2200кк), а добавлять активность. Тогда вы будете не только стройны, но и здоровы! 🙏❤️

Вы написали, что не ограничиваетесь в еде, но при этом едите мало. В общем, непонятно, сколько вы едите)), - главное - не опускайтесь ниже 1500кк! Тогда все будет норм)

@@Fitalinablog калории не считаю , так как не разбираюсь в этом. Что есть , то и ем как среднестатический человек. Утром чай или кофе или сок с бутербродом или каша, в обед суп и или салат . И вечером что остается или каша или суп или салат. Так примерно написала.
