This is the BEST low-impact kickboxing workout I've ever seen. Lots of other videos are titled "low-impact" or "knee-friendly" and still include squats, lunges, and even jumping. This is super joint-friendly and I love the variety of creative moves. Thank you so much!

This was so perfect! I have lower back pain and mornings are hard. This was just the right intensity. I loved the preview before the exercise. I was constantly moving and broke a sweat! Thank you!

That was great, thank you! I was looking for something a little less intense today after my typical weight lifting and Pilates workouts all week left me sore and a bit stiff. Love your smile! Is it just me or do you look like a young Madonna? Anyway, this workout was great as is and would also be easy to ramp up if you'd like with some light dumbbells or weighted gloves, more power or force on the kicks and punches, or even some hops and jumps. Thanks, this one's a keeper!
