Some other facts, I want to give you a few other facts about the Southern Hemisphere: 1. The seasons are reversed. The New Year starts in summer and the middle of the year is winter. 2. In most places, the noon sun is viewed north instead of south as in the Northern Hemisphere. The only difference is in the tropics where depending on the time of year and location, the noon sun can either be viewed north or south.

  • @stephenpower8723

The seasons aren't reversed. The coldest months in the southern hemisphere are called Winter and the hottest months are called Summer. This is the same as it is in the Northern Hemisphere. The seasons in the Northern and Southern hemispheres are opposite at any point in time. To your second point, the relative angle of the earth's axis to the sun and hence to the hemispheres at any point in time is the reason why the seasons are opposite.
