    FYI, the "miso" in the crab is its liver it tastes great if you like that. I love it. I was in Japan back in 1984 for my job in Tokyo.

    I am a fisherman from the Adriatic Sea in Croatia and I know that a clam that is not opened after cooking was dead before cooking, which means that those clams are thrown away so that you don't get poisoned if you have a weak stomach There are always at least 2% of such clams in a portion, so be careful

    Luke you should have tried that Tabasco sauce with them they been doing that since the 1800s in New Orleans, Tabasco Sauce is made in Avery Island , Louisiana, since 1836 still there with 12 types of sauce, it is labeled in 36 languages, sold in 195 countries they give tours of the company very nice they have a park leading 8nto the company tks nice show.

    Tongue is not Japanese perfected food, it is very common in Europe. It is a delicious cut of meat. Most people don't like it because they don't know what it is. And good, more for us !
