Ma'am, breathing is always confusing one ma'am. Because I'm not sure which is proper way of breathing. Leaving it default or belly breath or chest breath. Also different types of pranayama. 1 count for inhale 2 for exhale. 1 count for inhale exhale. It is all really confusing. I want like 1. Which breathing is better when doing exercise. 2. When doing day today work 3. Separate pranayama required to do every day. One video which explains breathing basics. Thank you ma'am 😊
