    I attended Yoga class only for a month and got pregnant, this was my second pregnancy, I had to go through lot of treatment for my first one.     @@soumyat7433 I dint follow any diet.I was eating normal food only.i just did yoga fr an hour daily.I dint loose my weight also but got conceived naturally after dng yoga.So my suggestion would be do yoga and believe ur body.Miracle wil happen soon😊

    thank u so much mam..i am suffered for pcod and irregular periods.i followed ur yoga for one month with lite diet. .now i am pregnant. .6 weeks heart beat lam normal..incase my first baby falicular study panni than conform achi..but this time without any treatment i am pregnant..really happy..heartly thank u mam..no words to say..thank u so much

    Madam nan inda yoga la try panren along with beginner yoga..but enakku neck short mam...so I feel strains near neck while doing all yoga...inda neck and shoulder muscle mass reducing and making it look neat ku yoga ila any routine irukka mam...means back posture yoga series podunga mam....and thank you for all your posts...they are very helpful 🙂

    5 yes before my first delivery was c section. After 2yrs later 2nd baby aborted. After that my belly size is increased. Now I didn't get periods last 3 months. I consult with doctor and took scan. In scan report left ovarian cyst 18* 19 appeared. She recommended to do small excercise

    Mam I have pcod and I am obese too, I am doing this yoga along with intermediate yoga and 6 rounds of suryanamaskaar finally pranayama. I am getting my periods every 40th to 50th days mam.. I am so happy, I really wanted to thank you
